Post-Natal Massage

Post-Natal Massage continues to help with many of the aches and pain the new mother may still be suffering with, as the body take time to adjust. The mother may also be developing new aches and pains from the various strains while handling her baby, specifically neck, shoulders, upper back and arms. It also, importantly, allows the mother some pampering time and to relax.

Some of the benefits mothers can expect from this massage.

Relieves soreness and muscles tension from labour.

Aids in the reduction of excess body fluids.

Increases blood circulation and stimulates the lymph system.

Reduces the occurrence of postpartum depression.
